We can't help recover a password, because we never store it and have no way to link an email to a profile. Please don't send us your password. If you can't remember it, log in with a new one and start fresh.

You can download or delete everything saved against your password on My learning, after logging in. For anything else about your information, see the privacy policy or email us.

Found a mistake in a course?

Tell us the course, lesson and what looks wrong. Corrections help every learner.

Complaints

Email us with what happened and what outcome you're after. We'll acknowledge your complaint promptly, look into it fairly, and aim to respond in full within 30 days. If we can't resolve a privacy complaint, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. For other consumer issues, you can contact the consumer protection agency in your State or Territory.

Security issues

If you think you've found a security vulnerability, please email us with the details and give us a chance to fix it before sharing it publicly. Please don't access or change data that isn't yours while testing.
